We appreciate your interest in our singing telegram services. Please be informed that by engaging our services, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer. The safety of our performers and the smooth execution of our singing telegrams are of paramount importance to us.

Performance Acceptance:

Bellagrams reserves the right to refuse or cancel any performance for reasons related to safety. Our priority is to create an enjoyable and secure experience for both our performers and recipients. Performance concerns may include, but are not limited to:

1. Safety Hazards: We will not proceed with a performance if we identify any potential safety hazards that could jeopardize the well-being of our performers or recipients.

2. Inappropriate Content: We will not engage in performances that involve offensive, explicit, or inappropriate content.

Gifter Identification:

To ensure transparency and accountability, Bellagrams requires all performances to have a named gifter(s). We do not accept anonymous or secret Bellagrams. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity of our services and to foster a respectful and responsible gifting environment.

Performances for Children:

When booking a singing telegram for children, it is imperative that the approval of the child's parent or legal guardian is obtained. Additionally, there must be a responsible adult present at the location to facilitate the arrival and interaction with our performers. This measure is in place to safeguard the well-being and comfort of both the child and our performers.

We know that things come up and plans change. 
We offer a 48 hour canceltion refund minus a $50 rehearsal fee.
If you are able to reschedule we also ask 48 hours notice 
prior to the scheduled Bellagram with no extra charge.
